No Refunds for Digital Products Due to the nature of digital downloads and the immediate access provided to purchased files, all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded.
Exceptional Circumstances Refunds may be granted in the following cases, at our sole discretion:
- If you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical issue.
- If you purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded the files. (Please contact us immediately to resolve this.)
- File Corruption or Inaccessibility If the digital file is corrupt or inaccessible, we will work to resolve the issue.
You must contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
- A detailed description of the problem.
- If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund or replacement may be provided.
